My Inspiration!
Well as you would know if you have read my introduction, one of my passions is working out
My inspiration that caused me start working out a man named "Ross Enamait"
He has made alot of books regarding how to train properly and also has made alot of cheap solutions for people that does not have the money to go to a gym and work-out which normally costs anything between 50-100$ a month (atleast here in Denmark)
He have his own site where got a blog, a forum and alot of other useful stuff and I am gonna link this site below =)
RossTraining.Com - (Click to be redirected)
I first saw Ross on youtube when a friend linked one of his video's to me and my first impression was like "How is this guy for real?" I mean obviously I have seen alot of people that are insanely pumped/Ripped and whatever other word you can come up with but this guy, he made me think that working out could be a great deal of fun and that there was alot of cheap ways to do it aswell. (When I first started working out I did not have alot of money)
Before I started working out in this way I was doing karate and kick-boxing but none of it felt as good as 1-2 hours of training with some good music!
Ross inspired me into seeing that it is alot more fun to train this way since you are your own master and can do it however fast/slow you wanna do it, this is how it was for me atleast.
..::Download Link for 6 Online Books from Ross::..
Books Included in this .RAR File listed below.
Since then I have been reading alot of Ross' books and I follow-up on his forum and blog each and every day whenever I get home
Please share your oppinion on this! Tell me what you think and if you have had similar experiences please do share them!
